There is no meaningful single “thesis price.” Compare quotes only when every printer receives the same specification, including copies, pages, colour, binding, proof and delivery deadline.

Gildeprint currently publishes a €527 excl. VAT example for 50 fully black-and-white 160-page copies, and €751 for 100 copies, under a stated B5 configuration. This is not a market-wide tariff.
Your price changes with page count, colour pages, number of copies, binding, cover finishing, layout support and delivery.

What to include in a printing quote.
Ask for the format, page count, number of colour pages, number of copies, paper/binding choice and delivery location. Ask whether a physical proof, file check, cover design, layout and ISBN support are included or extra.
A quote that includes proof and delivery cannot be compared directly with a printing-only price.

How to compare thesis-printing quotes.
Give every provider the same specification and required delivery date. Ask for the ex-VAT and inc-VAT total, what is included, when production starts, and the cost of extra correction rounds.
Choose the quote that can deliver the correct final book by your university deadline.
